• Two Main Court____s. Oklahoma Workers' Compensation cases are divided primarily between two venues:
  • Oklahoma City Workers' Compensation Court
  • Tulsa Workers' Compensation Court
• Other Locations. In addition to the Oklahoma City Workers' Compensation Court and the Tulsa Workers' Compensation Court, the Workers' Compensation Act specifically allows other locations to be utilized for hearings through the use of technology.
• Venue. Unlike most areas of the law where jurisdiction and venue is determined by the location of the parties or an event, any Oklahoma Workers' Compensation case can be brought in either of the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Courts. The Claimant can file at either Court and the parties can agree to either court for venue.
