Oklahoma Criminal Law


Forgery of State, Public, Court or Corporate Seals Every person who, with intent to defraud, forges, or counterfeits the great or privy seal of this state, the seal of any public office authorized by law, the seal of any court of record, including judge of county seals, or the seal of any corporation created by the laws of this state, or of any other state, government or country, or any other public seal authorized or recognized by the laws of this state, or of any other state, government or country, or who falsely makes, forges or counterfeits any impression purporting to be the impression of any such seal, is guilty of forgery in the second degree.

Falsely Procuring Another's Signature Every person who, by any false representation, artifice or deceit, procures from another his signature to any instrument, the false making of which would be forgery, and which the party signing would not have executed had he known the facts and effect of the instrument, is guilty of forgery in the second degree.
