Oklahoma Criminal Law


Any state officer, deputy or employee of such state officer, who shall divert any money appropriated by law from the purpose and object of such appropriation, shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a period of not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10) years.
