what if obligator is unemployeed if a person has a college degree, farm and ranch operation, a professional license, is able bodied, why would a judge declare his income as minimum wage when he is certainly able to make much more than $7.25 an hour? That same judge declared that same person, who has not been paying regular child support for two years as having over paid, has lowered support to $170.00 per month with the requirement that $100.00 be withheld per month, leaving the custodial parent who's bring home pay per month is $1200.00 only receiving
$70.00 in child support per month. All business operations have been put into his wife's name to avoid paying child support evidently. I would call this fraud. What can be done about this?
