Lemon Law in Oklahoma & Car Disputes

  • Used Car Purchases. In Oklahoma, used car lots are regulated by the Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission. Although Oklahoma's "lemon laws" only apply to new vehicle sales, consumers and used car buyers with grievance can file a complaint with the Commission and the seller must respond to the complaint with copies of all documentation within ten (10) days.
    • Complaint Form PDF. This is the official complaint form put out by the Commission, so do not blame EsquireEmpire that it says "Black Inc." instead of "Black ink," a somewhat humorous typo.
