- HON. RUSSELL VACLAW is an Associate District Judge in the Oklahoma Eleventh Judicial District in Washington County. Judge Vaclaw was elected to the bench in 2006. He earned his B.A. degree at the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Judge Vaclaw began his private practice in 2000, practicing in the areas of family law, civil law, and wills and trusts.
