Attorney Biography
- Background: Since 1989, Bryan's practice has included a broad range of complex litigation, including environmental, energy, real estate, construction, Uniform Commercial Code, products liability, and business disputes. Bryan practices before state and federal regulatory agencies including the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Bryan also has expertise in class action, qui tam and federal CERCLA cost recovery litigation and appellate practice in both state and federal cowls. Bryan has co-authored articles on the use of experts in environmental litigation and environmental liability for the oil and gas industry. She has presented seminars on properly damage litigation and CERCLA cost recovery litigation.
