  • Background: Beech serves on the Oklahoma Bar Association Law Schools Committee and has served on the Uniform Laws Committee. He has written and presented several papers for the National Business Institute including Fundamentals of Water Law in Oklahoma: Water Law and Lender Liability Pitfalls and Ethical Issues regarding Lending and Banks. He has also spoken for SCORE on the issues involved in selecting a business entity and lectured on the formation of limited liability companies for the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Small Business Development Center.
