• • HON. DAVID N. MARTIN is an Associate District Judge in the Oklahoma Twenty-Fourth Judicial District in Okfuskee County. Judge Martin was elected to the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District in 1990. He earned his B.S. degree at Northeastern Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree at the University of Oklahoma School of Law. Judge Martin began his private law practice in 1980.
