Oklahoma Child Support Calculators
Oklahoma law prescribes the method by which child support shall be calculated in Oklahoma divorces, separations, and paternity cases. This method is commonly referred to as the Oklahoma Child Support Guidelines. There is a rebuttable presumption for Oklahoma courts to award child support pursuant to the Guidelines. Courts can only deviate from the Guidelines with a specific findings of fact that support good cause that he deviation is in the best interest of the child(ren).
