Attorney Biography
- Tony Allen's cases have generated more than $23,000,000.00 in civil rights settlements in the last four years. Civil rights litigation often combines the most difficult of issues in legal disputes, complexity and emotion.
- Along with successful federal civil rights settlements, Tony Allen has had favorable jury verdicts in state and federal courts in civil and criminal cases. Mr. Allen helped a Police officer obtain a "not guilty" jury verdict in one of the largest police corruption trials in Oklahoma history within a few months of helping a construction company obtain a multi-million dollar judgment for breach of contract. He has appeared on KRMG, KOTV, KOKI and KJRH to discuss civil and criminal cases.
- Mr. Allen and his family attend church at Northside Christian in Broken Arrow. Mr. Allen went to United States Marine Corps boot camp two days after graduating from Okmulgee high school. Mr. Allen began practicing law in Oklahoma in 2003. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa after graduating with a B.S. in Journalism from Oklahoma State University. Between the time he graduated from OSU and when he began law school, Mr. Allen worked as a journalist, editing the O-State Sports Report magazine and then working at the Tulsa World. He belongs to the Muskogee, Tulsa, Creek Nation and Oklahoma Bar Associations as well as the American Association for Justice.
